The Belgium company DeltaBaby created a nursery bag which is convertible into a comfortable carrycot. How cool is that? Unfortunately it is currently not available in the US but can be ordered from Europe.
2. For the Hungry Family
I love the idea of putting together a meal box. We just dropped of a 'chicken stew with biscuits & cookies box' last night at our friends house who just welcomed a little baby boy. If you cannot deliver yourself you can use one of the many online services that now offer meal delivery anywhere in the country. One of the best gifts we received after the arrival of our daughter were all the wonderful dinners our friends dropped of with the help of the meal Train.
3. For Max
I just couldn't resist suggesting this amazing Max costume inspired by one of my most favorite books of all times Where the Wild Things are. Leave a note with your most favorite Wild Thing.
4. For the Tired Parents
I love this idea of DIY on the go diaper kits. Each bag has everything you need for a single diaper change: A diaper, wipes, a disposable changing mat, a plastic bag for diaper disposal, and a bottle of hand sanitizer. I like the idea of adding some supporting & funny words to the new parents as well.
